Before deleting your 1SQFT account, you are requested to ENCASH all the 1SQFT tokens that you still own and withdraw the remaining money from your wallet.

If you do not do this, and still delete your account, the 1SQFT tokens and the money in your wallet will not be accessible to you. The history of your financial transactions will remain with the company for period as mandated by RBI/Government Rules. As per law Government Agencies can access these details without user consent.

For security reasons, we will not be able to delete an account on your behalf, you will have to fill in the attached form and submit it in order to process the Delete Account request.

Instead of deleting your account you could also Encash your tokens and withdraw your wallet money and leave your account idle for a period of 3 months. You account will automatically be deactivated after this period and no charges will be payable by you. When you choose to re-activate your 1SQFT account you can do so by sending an email with your details to reactivate@1sqft.io
